I am so impressed with this dealership. Northridge was recommended to me by a good friend, which gave me real reassurance that I was dealing with people I could trust.

And then meeting Raj and Paul was an absolute pleasure — you can really see the care, pride, and commitment that goes into preparing the cars and making sure customers have a great experience.

Paul also went out of his way to help us source a new set of refurbished alloys, as the car we chose came with a very standard set. Nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic team, Always polite and greet you with a hand shake and a smile and totally make you feel at ease. Just purchased a car online from Northridge Cars! First class service from start to finish. Delivered the car in person by Andy and dealing with Paul E for the sale from initial enquiry through to delivery of the car was easy and painless! Paul E was professional kept me up to date with all the details etc (you always worry about buying a car online line without seeing it first) but it was made easy and I felt i could trust Paul E from the onset. Paul was excellent. Very professional, not pushy with the sale at all but offered prompt and helpful advice/communication. We were able to test drive. Car came fully serviced, MOT and AA checked. Paul also proactively sorted the removal of some bird lime on the bonnet before we picked the car up. Would recommend to family and friends.
