Holding Deposit Policy

When placing a holding deposit on a vehicle (including for a test drive or to reserve the car), you are entering into an agreement to purchase that vehicle, subject to inspection and final arrangements.

Holding deposits are non-refundable if you later choose to cancel the reservation or test drive for any reason.

If, upon inspection, the vehicle is not as described or does not meet the agreed condition, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Northridge Cars will hold the vehicle for you for the agreed period once the deposit has been received. If you fail to complete the purchase within this period, the vehicle may be released for sale, and the deposit will be forfeited.

This policy ensures that vehicles reserved for genuine customers are not unfairly withdrawn from sale.
